Defendant Roberto Rodriguez (“Rodriguez”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Louis L. Stanton, Judge, convicting him, following his plea of guilty, on one count of conducting a continuing criminal enterprise, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 848(a), 853(a)(1), 853(a)(2), and 853(a)(3) (1988).
