In the year 1917 the GeneVal Assembly enacted a law regulating the practice of optometry, and this Act with subsequent amendments was incorporated in the Code of 1932, Sections 5232 to 5250, both' inclusive. And some further amendments were made in the year 1932. This law provides for the appointment of a Board of Examiners, and it is further required that every person before beginning to practice optometry shall pass an examination before the Board “in theoretic, practical and physiological optics, theoretic…
