The bill in this cause, as it was finally amended, and heard by the Chancellor, is a proceeding in the nature of quo warranto, Code Sections 9336-9358, brought in the name of the State on relation of the Attorney General for the 10th Judicial District, against the National Optical Stores Company, a Tennessee corporation.
