Complainant, John D. Frewin, trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of Victor Stark, filed his bill to set aside certain deeds to real estate and to subject it to the claims of creditors of the bankrupt. Stark was on the petition of creditors adjudged a bankrupt December 28, 1922, and complainant was subsequently appointed trustee. Before the bankruptcy proceeding was begun Stark owned the record title to part of a lot in Rockford which was improved with a building and was subject to certain incumbrances.
