—Order and judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance *879with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court properly granted the motion of Reverend S. to dismiss the complaint because it was time-barred. The gravamen of the complaint against Reverend S. is that he sexually abused plaintiff during the course of a pastoral counseling relationship that ended in 1990.
