This case arises from the crash of an aircraft in Portugal. Defendants Piper Aircraft Inc., American Capital Ltd., and Dineling, Schriber & Park (“the moving defendants”) filed a Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice for Forum Non Conveniens pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S. § 5322(e).
