SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

1. On April 17, 1992, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Schweinfurt, Germany. In accordance with a pretrial agreement he pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit larceny; desertion; failure to repair; disobedience of a lawful general regulation; and 14 specifications of larceny, in violation of Articles 81, 85, 86, 92, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 885, 886, 892, and 921, respectively.
