The plaintiff recovered a judgment against the street railway company for injuries received while a passenger.- The defendant appeals.. The- accident to the plaintiff occurred at Thirteenth street and Troup avenue, Kansas City. Defendant operates a double track on Thirteenth street, running north and south. The north-bound cars used the east track, and the south-bound the west track.
