Marshall, J.:

This is an action by a widow, who is administratrix, to recover for the death of her husband, JE. A. Saunders. The plaintiff recovered judgment for $10,000. The defendant appeals.

Saunders was killed at the Santa Fe depot in Wichita, while crossing the tracks from the depot to take a train on the Wichita and Western, one of the branch lines of that road running out of Wichita.
