Plaintiff S&S Sales, Inc. (“S&S”) brought this action in state court alleging that defendant Marvin Lumber & Cedar Company (“Marvin”) violated the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law (‘WFDL”), Wis. Stat. § 135.01 et seq., by constructively terminating it as a distributor of windows, without good cause. Marvin removed the action based on diversity of citizenship. S&S is a Wisconsin corporation whose principal place of business is Wisconsin, and Marvin is a Minnesota corporation whose principal place of business is Minnesota. S&S now moves for a preliminary…
