Plaintiff S & S Sales, Inc. (“S & S”), a distributor of windows manufactured by defendant Marvin Lumber and Cedar Company (“Marvin”), brought the present action alleging that Marvin violated the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law (“WFDL”), Wis. Stat. § 135.01 et seq., by selling windows directly (rather than through S & S) to several large dealers in eastern Wisconsin.
