Plaintiff David Danner appeals the district court’s February 12, 2007, Order (1) adopting the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge, (2) overruling plaintiffs objection to the Report and Recommendation, (3) granting defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint, and (4) dismissing the case without prejudice under the abstention principles elucidated in Younger v.
