MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Pending are plaintiffs’ motion to remand and defendant’s motion to transfer venue. 1 Plaintiffs brought this action in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, West Virginia, seeking a declaratory judgment concerning insurance coverage. 2 Although the parties’ citizenship as set forth in the complaint would not provide complete diversity, 3 defendant removed the action to this Court alleging plaintiffs erred in their designation of the parties’ citizenship, and that in fact complete diversity exists between the parties. 4 Plaintiffs moved to remand,…
