The defendant, John Eoanou, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor *330of the plaintiff, Heritage Square, LLC, on its claim that the defendant breached a commercial lease by failing to pay rent. The defendant claims that the court improperly determined (1) that the defendant was not constructively evicted, (2) that the defendant was required to pay the plaintiff rent from the time the defendant vacated the premises until the time the premises were rerented, (3) the amount of attorney’s fees and (4) the amount of damages.1 We affirm the judgment of the…
