The original party complainant on the record at bar was Ethel E. Nagel, who began her suit against the bank commissioner of Maryland and the Union Trust Company of M aryland, a banking institution incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, on behalf of herself and any other depositor of the trust company, who might join in the proceedings. Two other depositors united with the plaintiff, by the permission of the court, and the bill of complaint • was subsequently amended.
