Plaintiff caused to be transferred to the superior court for trial a “notice and sale” chattel mortgage foreclosure instituted by defendant Frigidaire Sales Corporation, and the action, following the usual course, then became one in which that defendant sought foreclosure of its chattel mortgage over the objection of plaintiff, the owner of the mortgaged property. From a judgment foreclosing the chattel mortgage, plaintiff has appealed. Claude Gr.
