MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiffs filed this diversity action against defendants alleging misappropria tion of trade secrets, breach of employment agreement, and breach of fiduciary duty. The case is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction (Doc. 22). Plaintiffs seek to enjoin defendants from further misappropriating their trade secrets and further soliciting or selling to their customers.
