MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

The Court now considers Universal Engraving, Inc.’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 11). An evidentiary hearing was held on September 21 and 26, 2007, after which the Court took the matter under advisement. For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs motion is granted.
