Pending in this Adversary Proceeding is Defendant Timothy Blixseth’s (“Tim”) “Motion for Reconsideration of This Court’s August 1, 2011 Order Denying Motion to Dismiss Adversary Complaint Pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7012(b)” filed August 15, 2011. Tim’s motion is accompanied by a request for judicial notice.
