J. Benz, the bankrupt, was a hotel keeper in the city of Pittsburgh. He occupied the building under a lease that had several years to run, and owned the furniture, fixtures, and movable chattels on the premises, enjoying also the privilege of a liquor license and the good will of the combined business. These three classes of property — -the unexpired term, the tangible chattels, and the intangible license and good will — were so related to each other as apparently to satisfy the District Court that they would probably bring a higher price if they were…
