Lively, Judge:
This controversy involves the construction of the renewal clause of the lease of a building on Market Street in the city, of Wheeling. The action is unlawful detainer, the verdict was for plaintiff upon a peremptory instruction to find such verdict, and judgment was rendered accordingly.
The lease is between Julia Hacquard, the lessor, and Herman Sweetwine, the lessee, and is dated the 14th of September, 1916, and leases a three-story brick building known as No. 1030 Market Street in said city, and is for the term of five years a.t $100.00 per month, payable in advance, with the…
