RICHARDSON, Judge.
The Second Legislature of this state passed an act providing that sessions of the County Court in Wagoner County should be held at Coweta as well as at the county seat; and that the terms should begin at Coweta on the third Mondays in February, May, August and November, of each year, and should continue not exceeding four weeks. This act was approved March IS, 1909. (Art. XIII, chap. 14, Session Laws of 1909).
