Attorney J. Michael Hill has filed a motion for reconsideration of the Court’s previous order denying the application to approve his employment as attorney for the debtor. In its earlier opinion, this Court concluded that Hill had not demonstrated sufficient competency or familiarity with the Bankruptcy Code to justify his appointment in this case, and that it would not be in the best interest of creditors, or aid in the administration of the case, to appoint him.
