CAHN, Chief Judge.

This case involves the constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s ballot access laws for senato­rial and gubernatorial candidates of major political parties, as well as peripheral chal­lenges to other aspects of the election scheme. Plaintiff Jack Trinsey (“Trinsey”), appearing pro se, 1 challenges the constitu­tionality of certain signature requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code (“Election Code”).
