In this trade dress infringement ease plaintiff Badger Meter, Incorporated (“Badger”), which received a favorable jury verdict below, appeals from the district court’s issuance of a permanent injunction against the defendants that the plaintiff believes is inadequate, from the denial of monetary damages under 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a), and from the denial of its motion for attorneys’ fees under that same section.
