This action arises out of a collision between an automobile driven by the plaintiff and a truck operated by the defendant Pironto as the agent and employee of the named defendants. The collision occurred at the junction of Silvermine Road and Com-stock Hill Road in Norwalk. As the vehicles approached the intersection the defendants’ truck was upon the right of the plaintiff.
