delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff in error brought an action in the Municipal Court of Chicago against the defendant in error railway company to recover the value of certain articles of wearing apparel stolen from her trunk while in the possession of the defendant in error at the station at River Forest, Illinois. The trial was had before the court without a jury upon an agreed statement of facts, and the court found the issues for the defendant in error and gave judgment for costs against the plaintiff in error.
