The plaintiff, Jay Walshon, appeals

from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C. The plaintiff claims on appeal that the court improperly granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
