This is a suit in equity wherein the plaintiff assails the validity "of a resolution purporting to remove *99him from “ the Christian Science Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston,” and seeks injunctive relief to compel the several defendants to recognize him as such director.
