Plaintiff-appellant Eugene Menard appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee First Security Services Corporation (“First Security”). Menard brought this action alleging that First Security discharged him from the position of Area Manager on account of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq.
