Susan C. Muntz and Frederick F. Muntz appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County that granted summary judgment in favor of two of the defendants in this case, Andrew Kositsky and Laura Ann Semmelroth, dismissing those two minors from the plaintiffs personal injury action, based on the conclusion that liability as a “social host” cannot be imposed on minors.
