In Re Disciplinary Proceeding Against Butler

Robert L. Butler, an attorney disbarred in 1981, applies for reinstatement as an attorney in Washington. The Board of Governors of the Washington State Bar Association recommends reinstatement. We grant reinstatement subject to the applicant's passage of the bar examination. RLD 9.7(a).

Mr. Butler graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in December 1957. He took and passed the Washington bar examination in February 1958 and practiced law in the state of Washington from 1959 until he was disbarred in 1981.
