INTRODUCTION

Presently before this Court are the motions of defendants General Motors Corporation (“GM”), Volvo White Truck Corporation (“White”) and Volvo GM Heavy Truck Corporation (“VGM”) for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 on plaintiffs demands for injunctive and declaratory relief and punitive damages.
