In Re Estate of Voegeli

This is an appeal on questions of law from an order of the Probate Court overruling exceptions to the inventory of the estate and holding that six deposit accounts in The Homo Building and Savings Company of Toledo, Ohio, were not joint and survivorship accounts and were therefore properly included in the inventory as assets of the estate.
