MEMORANDUM OPINION
JACK CADDELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause came on to be heard on the motion by First Union National Bank of North Carolina (“bank”) for relief from the automatic stay to proceed with foreclosure against debtors’ residence due to default in postpetition payments. The hearing in this matter was held on the 1st day of October 1997.
