Plaintiff George W. Moore (Moore) appeals from the district court’s decision granting Defendants summary judgment on his complaint for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress arising out of a notice sent by Defendant Paul E. Carter (Carter) to all Lea County attorneys on June 7, 1990, and a Publishers’ Auxiliary article based on an interview with Defendant Maynard Woodhatch (Woodhatch).
