Plaintiffs are suing Comcast International Holdings, Inc. and Comcast Corporation (collectively “Comcast”) alleging tor-tious interference with contract, tortious interference with business relations, and conspiracy to breach fiduciary duty. Com-cast now moves pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for summary judgment on the ground that plaintiffs’ tort claims against Comcast are time-barred by the applicable three-year statute of limitations.
