HOFFMAN, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence for one count of intimidation of witnesses, 1 one count of terroristic threats, 2 three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, 3 and one count of conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance. 4 Appellant, Kenneth L. Ritter, presents the following claims:

I. Whether the trial court erred in failing to grant [appellant’s] motion objecting to the notice of consolidation and [appellant’s] motion to sever?

II. Whether the court erred in denying [appellant’s] motion for disposition in lieu of trial or criminal punishment?
