This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County on February 21, 1995, following appellant’s conviction on charges of murder in the second degree, 1 robbery, 2 aggravated assault 3 and conspiracy. 4 Herein, appellant contends that a new trial is warranted for the following reasons: 1) During closing argument, the prosecutor improperly labelled appellant a “killer,” referred to appellant’s post-arrest silence, and made numerous statements of personal opinion; 2) The lower court erred in granting the Commonwealth’s…
