Mega Media Holdings, Inc. (“Mega” or “plaintiff’) brings suit against Aereo *193Broadcasting Corp. (“Aereo” or “defendant”), alleging breach of two contracts: (1) a Programming Agreement (the “Programming Agreement”) and (2) an Exclusivity and Option Agreement (“the Option Agreement”). ECF No; 1.
