This breach of contract suit arises from a major construction project to the Clem-ente Ruiz Nazario Courthouse and the Federico Degetau Federal Office Building in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. Plaintiff. R & T Roofing Contractor, Corp. (“R & T”), the subcontractor on the project, was retained by The Fusco Corporation (“Fusco”), the prime contractor. (Docket No. 4 at 2.)
