This action was brought to compel the specific performance of a contract.
The contract, which is made the basis of the claim of plaintiff for a specific performance, is set forth in full in the complaint.
It was executed by all the parties to the action on February % 1903, and its preliminary recitals disclose, that the San Bafael Banch Company was the owner of a large body of land lying between the cities of Los Angeles and Pasadena, a portion thereof, on the northeasterly boundary, being within the limits of the latter city, and the company was also the owner of a bridge across the Arroyo…
