—The court below sustained a demurrer to the complaint and gave judgment for defendants, and plaintiff appeals from the judgment.
The action’ is brought to compel the specific performance by the two defendants named of a certain alleged contract, a copy of which is annexed to the complaint, marked “Exhibit A.” and made a part thereof.
