RUDKIN, District Judge.
On the 11th day of April, 1910, the' defendants George Cooke & Sous entered into a contract with the United States for the construction of 36 miles of laterals in connection with what is commonly known as the “Tieton project” under the Reclamation Service in Yakima county in this state, according to certain advertisements, proposals, plans, and specifications which were made a part of the contract.
