This action is brought by the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman, LLC (the “Plaintiff’ or “Glassman LLC”) against Robert Palmisciano, a former client, and Raymond Lafazia, a successor attorney, (collectively,' the “Defendants”), 1 alleging that Palmisciano failed to honor his contingency fee agreement with Plaintiff (the “Contingency Agreement”) and that Lafazia interfered with that agreement.
