Plaintiff Paradigm BioDevices, Inc. (“Paradigm”) is a Massachusetts corporation that entered a distribution agreement with U.K. company Surgicraft, Ltd. (“Surgicraft”), which had since been acquired by defendant Centinel Spine, Inc. (“Centinel”).
