This action was commenced in the county court of Kingfisher county by F. F. Cross filing a petition for writ of habeas corpus, setting out that Admiral Mason Cross (Butler), a minor four years old past, was unlawfully restrained of his liberty in Kingfisher county by Viola Popham, and that he was entitled to the care, custody, and control of said minor, and praying that the court so adjudge.
