Joseph Cor ato died on or about the third day of October, 1922, in the county of San Joaquin, leaving estate therein. The plaintiff is the administratrix of said estate. On February 28, 1923, she filed two claims against the estate, which were rejected by the court. She then filed her complaint thereon in two counts. The first count was for the recovery of the sum of $600, with interest, alleged to have been placed in the hands of the deceased in 1903 as a trust fund to be held and managed by the deceased for the use and benefit of the plaintiff.
