MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.
This is the court’s decision on a motion by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Investors & Lenders Ltd. (hereinafter “creditors committee”), to avoid liens asserted by creditor William Kander (hereinafter “Kander”) upon two promissory notes held by the debtor, to preserve said liens for the benefit of the estate and to declare Kander’s claim to be unsecured.
