MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.
This constitutes the court’s decision on a motion by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the debtor, Investors and Lenders, for summary judgment avoiding the liens of eleven separate defendants. The eleven defendants have filed cross-motions for summary judgment. All eleven defendants made pre-petition loans to the debtor, secured by notes and mortgages held by the debtor and assigned to the defendants.
